What it’s like to work with me
Many of our struggles develop within the context of our life experiences and relationships. Meaningful change often occurs when we feel safe enough to explore the impact of these. It is my intention to foster an environment where people can begin to feel “comfortably uncomfortable” leaning into these experiences. I believe that when we do this we can begin to heal and live life in a way that feels genuine and fulfilling to us.
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, community, and connection. I believe strongly that each person is an expert in their own life experience and I work alongside clients to help build clarity on personal strengths and values. It is my belief that through the therapeutic process we can begin to overcome the challenges that keep us from living life as our most authentic selves.
Born in Bend, Oregon and raised in North Carolina, I have developed a deep love and appreciation for our outdoor spaces. Outside of the office you will find me enjoying any of our beautiful lakes, snowboarding, or spending time with my 2 rambunctious dogs.
